If you have selected our assembly service, it’s important that you make space for the expert installers to work, this may mean moving out any moveable items out of the room of choice.
You will need to decide where the new bed is going within the room considering any special features your new purchase has, such as which way your side ottoman bed may open. Remember to check if doors and wardrobes will open and close with your bed’s new location.
Within your email communications from us, you will have been given an estimated assembly time, please take note of this as it’s important that you are free at the end of the assembly for us to take you through the care instructions and important information.
The expert installers will make contact with you prior to your delivery to introduce themselves.
If you have selected our recycling service too, we’ll take your old items away, just remember to dismantle or disassemble your headboard or bedframe accordingly. Between us taking your old items out and assembling your new ones, you may want to clean the area that the old bed has come from.
