You will receive an estimated delivery date when you place your order. If your order is being delivered directly from the manufacturer, they will contact you within the estimated timescale to arrange a delivery date.
We will call you or text you 2 days before your delivery date to advise you of an approximate time. On the day of delivery, your delivery team will call you to give you an estimated time slot and you can also track your order throughout the day.
If your estimated time slot has passed, this may be due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays so please bear with us as we will be working hard to get your delivery to you.
