Can I exchange my goods after they have been delivered?

Online and telephone orders can be exchanged within 14 days of your delivery, providing you have the original packaging. Please email internetsales@bensonsforbeds.co.uk for online orders and tsadmin@bensonsforbeds.co.uk for telephone orders to arrange this.

For store orders: If you don't find your new bed comfortable after sleeping on it for 40 nights (within 8 weeks of delivery) we'll exchange it as long as you have used a mattress protector. Please note charges will apply. Please call Customer Services on 0333 222 6800 to register and for further information, you will be required to produce photographs of the bed to register, these can be sent to enquiries@bensonsforbeds.co.uk . Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns for any other products.
