Ordered in store? Unfortunately we are unable to exchange goods purchased in store unless there is damage to the product or there is a fault.
If you don't find your new bed comfortable, don't worry that's why we offer a 40 night comfort guarantee. If after sleeping on your new mattress for 5 nights you don't find it comfortable we'll exchange it for a new one.
