What happens if my item is damaged or seems to be faulty?

Your comfort is the most important thing to us therefore, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged or appears to have a fault our highly trained Customer Care team are focused on resolving this for you.  Before you contact us, please review your Bedtime Reading Booklet and ensure you have followed the care routine and instructions on your goods, without these being followed we are unable to take your claim further. 


If you would like us to look into your goods, we will require your order details along with photographs showing the area that is an issue. The photographs need to be a full view of the product. The easiest way to do this is by standing as far away as possible, remove all bedding including mattress protectors. We will also need close up photographs of the affected area with an identifiable object in the picture such as a ruler so we can see the size of the area, you can send the photographs here.


For any mattress settlement claims please place a long flat object across the width of the mattress so we can see the depth of the issue.
